He strongly believes that an active mind and a healthy body are the first defense against social and psychological problems faced by youth today.
Beyond competitions, Nadeem works closely with other sports clubs and associations to create opportunities for minority youth — including job placements, admissions through sports or fitness quotas, and higher-level platforms where their talent can be recognized.
