Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation builds integrated, community-led ecosystems that empower marginalized communities through human rights, healthcare, education, clean water, sustainable livelihoods, and local leadership.
Together, we create lasting change by helping communities become stronger, more resilient, and self-reliant.
We work with marginalized and minority communities to defend their rights and advance freedom, dignity, participation, and opportunity. We collaborate with governments, the public sector, and the private sector to address pressing issues, including diversity, inclusion, and empowerment.
Our work is organized around three interconnected pillars: Freedom, Rights & Empowerment; Economic Opportunity; and Peace & Fellowship.

Since 2013, Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation Pakistan has worked alongside marginalized and minority communities facing poverty, discrimination, persecution, exploitation, and social exclusion. Lasting change happens when people have the voice, choices, and opportunities to shape their own future.
Over the years, we have listened to communities, responded to urgent challenges, and built long-term relationships with people whose voices and opportunities are often limited by difficult social and economic circumstances. This experience has shaped our approach: working with communities rather than simply working for them. Today, SFFP brings together community action, local leadership, partnerships, and practical pathways that help people move beyond immediate hardship toward greater freedom, dignity, participation, and opportunity.
What began as a community response has grown into a network reaching more than 55 communities across Pakistan, supported by a dedicated team of 13 team members, over 355+ volunteers, community leaders, and partners.

Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation Pakistan (SFFP) works alongside marginalized and minority communities to advance human rights, strengthen civic participation, address exploitation, and expand pathways to economic opportunity. We combine rights awareness, community leadership, advocacy, and practical action to help people strengthen their voice, exercise their rights, and build greater independence and opportunity.
SFFP works across four core thematic areas: Water Security; Freedom, Rights & Empowerment; Forced Labour & Exploitation; and Economic Opportunity. Our initiatives include End Water Crisis, Set Them Free, StartFish, human rights and civic education, community leadership, advocacy, and other community-based interventions that advance freedom, dignity, participation, and opportunity.
Human rights and economic security are closely connected. Poverty, exploitation, discrimination, and exclusion can limit people’s choices and their ability to exercise their rights. SFFP therefore connects rights-based action with practical pathways to greater economic independence, helping people strengthen their voice, choices, and ability to shape their own future.
Transparency, accountability, responsible stewardship, and good governance are central to our work. We provide partners with regular project updates, financial reporting, photographs, videos, and measurable impact reports. Where appropriate and feasible, we also provide customized reporting, virtual meetings, live project updates, and location-specific documentation so partners can clearly understand how resources are used and what progress is being achieved.
Individuals, churches, businesses, foundations, institutions, and other partners can support SFFP through donations, strategic partnerships, program sponsorships, volunteering, technical collaboration, and other forms of engagement. Together, we can expand community-led solutions that advance freedom, dignity, participation, and opportunity across Pakistan.
